This one day course will provide you with the knowledge and practical skills needed to assess and treat common lower limb running injuries. Theory will cover anatomy and biomechanics of common lower limb running injuries with injury specific rehabilitation and strengthening guidance. It is perfect for running coaches, personal trainers, massage therapists and even runners themselves.

Course Content:

– Case study ‘Characteristics of the typical runner’

– Modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors for running injuries

– Assessing the patient through subjective and objective assessment

– Treatment modalities including rehabilitation through strengthening exercises
