The foundations – What is mindfulness and developing your “why” of practice

  • Connecting body and mind
  • Cultivating inner stillness and calm
  • Strength and Resilience – How we relate to our emotions
  • Seeing the world through our senses
  • Kindness and compassion.
  • What next – How to sustain and build a regular practice.

This is an experiential day, there will be guided meditations throughout day, time for inquiry and reflection and pauses to take in the wonderful surroundings at Whistlewood Common. The day is ideal for beginners and those wishing to refresh their practice. Includes refreshments and homemade lunch. A day to reconnect and recharge.
